June 7: Thriving within Your Soul Contract
Thursday, June 7, 2012
7:00 PM, Linda Bucher's Coaching Center, Cheektowaga
Prior to your birth and before incarnating into your present physical body, each of you crafted a contract, a plan, for the life that you intended to live. You set the plan in motion by engaging with a set of energetic 'stencils' or archetypes who agreed to assist in guiding your 'myth of now'. Your personal mythology is a vibrant infrastructure that informs your life, whether or not you are aware of it. It is the source of your motivations, your imagination, your emotions, and of your awareness itself. These 'myths' are the stories that you tell yourself to explain your circumstances and your behavior.
Join Susan Koehler as we delve into a personal interpretation of your life's mission - your Soul Contract - through four survival archetypes...Victim, Saboteur, Prostitute and Child!
Susan Koehler (nasushealing.com) works with individuals and groups to explore the metaphysical effects of bodyfield theories and dis-ease. She is focused on the ways in which archetypal muths of family and culture influence health and wellness. In addition, she is researching the effects of microbial balancing and stabilization, both 'in the field' and in the human (body) environment.
Please arrive at 7:00 to get settled and socialize; Susan will begin speaking at 7:30.
Summer 2012
Our last event of the season will be June's workshop with Susan Koehler; there will be no power hours in June, and no workshops or power hours in July or August. We'll kick our new season off in September by re-launching the power hours, and our very own Linda Bucher will be leading the first group workshop in October. Enjoy your summer!

Defining Success and Wealth
If you don't know what you want, how will you know when you get there? It's time to break away from your limiting beliefs and define success and wealth on your own terms, so that you can build a healthier and more fulfilling business and life. BWER's own Christine Mathieu and Danielle Nelson joined forces to help lead you on a journey to discover and create your own definitions of wealth and success - each in four easy steps.
Ten Easy Steps to Better Health
Dr. Jen Williamson joined us in April 2012 to teach "Ten Easy Steps to Better Health", which gave us tips on how to make simple changes in our diet, lifestyle, and supplementation to get the biggest benefits for our ultimate wellness.
Money Quotient (Guest Speaker Christine Mathieu)
Improve your relationship with money by increasing personal awareness of both the fact and feeling aspects of your financial life. We learned how to achieve financial well-being through recognition, resilience, resourcefulness, relationships, and reliable insights and wisdom
Business Intuition (Guest Speaker Ellen Bourn)
Learning to listen to your Intuition is important for business owners. This special sense can assist you in applying more creativity to your endeavors, which in turn gives you the ability to be open to your sixth sense, enhancing your practical decisions. It is often difficult for people with hectic schedules to tune into this aspect of themselves, as the circuits are frequently preoccupied with other concerns. Clearing a space that allows you to focus and receive information from the Highest Source is a technique that we practiced together.
True Strengths Workshop (Guest Speaker Kim David)
We're taught that our strengths are the things we're good at, when in fact they are something entirely different. Strenghts are meant to strengthen you. To inspire you. To get your mojo flowin'. And when you're leveraging your true strengths, not only do you shine but so does your business! Life change artist Kim David helped us identify what things in your business strengthen you and those that weaken you a la Danielle LaPorte's digital Firestarter Sessions. We came away inspired with a clearer vision of the things that we're doing in your business that are holding us back and how we can create positive and lasting changes that will give us more energy than even that little pink bunny has...ok, well maybe not THAT much energy, but you get the point!
Find your Wow! Workshop (Guest Speaker Linda Bucher)
Linda Bucher from Essential Life Designed shared her amazing "Find your Wow!" course with the group. We imagined what life would be like if every day we were living out WOW...if every day we felt on purpose, empowered, energized, and jazzed about what we do! All it takes is a little less conversation, a little more action...Click to View Event Poster
Web Strategy Workshop (Guest Speaker Danielle Nelson)
We learned what web strategy is, why it’s important, and why it should be part of our marketing plans; the importance of killer content; what honest search engine optimization and search engine marketing are really about; and how to breathe new life into our websites and make them work for our messages. If you missed the workshop, you can download the free workbook here.
Healing with Essential Oils (Guest Speaker Kathleen Boldt)
Kathleen Boldt shared with us how to bring "Scents and Sensibility" into our lives. We learned how we can use natural plant medicines–Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade oils–as empowering tools for effective self-care, and simple, safe and practical methods of enhancing beauty, strengthening the immune response, managing pain, restoring balance, enhancing healing and engaging the spirit.
